Mae and Rodney Wertz established Adasa Photographic Art in 2005.  As Mae participated in local shows exhibiting fine art photography of the Southwest. people asked, "Where is Lubbock in all this."  One day before sunrise, Mae begain photographing Lubbock.  Her photography journey ended at Texas Tech University and that was the beginning of TTU Photographic Art.

Their son, Albert, who was a student at Texas Tech University, took their camera to school and came home with powerful treasures of Raiderland. The Athletic Department granted us permission to photograph Red Raider games.  Janise Wertz, Albert's wife, joined the team marketing, photographing, and keeping track of finances. Our products are in most of the stores that carry Texas Tech University merchandize, Texas Tech Books, gift shops, and local chains in Lubbock, Amarillo, Odessa, and Midland..
